This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail order granted to the 1st respondent in Cr.M.P.No.3078 of 2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, on 19.12.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the records carefully.

submitted that in this case, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file by the concerned jurisdictional court. 4.Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served in cancelling the anticipatory bail order granted to the first respondent herein and if the petitioner has any grievance, she can work out her remedy before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
