This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in Spl.S.C.No.4 of 2016, pending on the file of the Mahila Court, (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District 2.The transfer petition was filed on the basis of certain allegation made against the Presiding Officer. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said Presiding Officer has already been transferred from the said Court. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Mahila Court, (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.4 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
