JUDGMENT

When the matter was listed for hearing on 22.02.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that he had handed over the papers to the appellants and that there was no instructions from them. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants and post the matter next week. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 28.02.2017 printing the name of the appellants in the cause-list. However, none appeared for the appellants. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 01.03.2017, printing the names of the appellants.

2.Today also, though the names of the appellants have been printed in the cause-list, none appeared for the appellants. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Second Appeal for non-prosecution.
