ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No.14 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and defaulted in repayment of the money. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the petitioners repaid only 3 instalments and thereafter, they did not give neither interest nor the principal amount, when she approached them they stated that A2 went abroad for employment and also intimidated her.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is going on.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thiruchirappalli, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
