The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint had not been acted upon, filed this Writ Petition.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was duly enquired into and the same was closed as "mistake of fact". He has also given a copy to the petitioner. Closure report was also filed before the concerned Magistrate. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy by filing a protest petition or filing a private complaint.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
