S.A.(MD).Nos.703 and 704 of 2020 PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2020 passed in A.S.No.14 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Sub-Court, tenkasi confirming the judgment and decree, dated 16.10.2015 passed in T.C.T.O.P.No.1 of 2012, on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

For Appellant : Mr.M.P.Senthil (In both appeal) For Respondent : Mr.R.Mukundan (in both appeal) COMMON JUDGMENT Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.R.Mukundan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the parties have settled the disputes and also filed a Memorandum of Compromise evidencing the terms of settlement.

2. In view of the same, the memorandum of compromise is recorded. There will be a final decree in the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2012 in terms of compromise entered into by the parties. The terms of compromise will form part of the final decree.

3. These second appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
