ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner, aggrieved by the wrong classification in the revenue records, had made a representation to the respondents on 24.01.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent from 01.03.2025 for the same purpose. The said appeal is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 01.03.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
