ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Cr.No.61 of 2021 from the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dhalavaipuram Police Station to Crime Investigation Department, Viruthunagar.

2.The main grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner is that at the time of the alleged suicide, a conversation took place between the deceased and one Pandian. That Pandian has not enquired by the Investigating Officer. So, on that ground, a direction was issued to get instructions.

3.Status Report has been filed by the second respondent and it is seen that only due to censure that has been made by the mother of the deceased, she committed suicide.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said Pandian was enquired and during the enquiry, it was noticed that both were sister and brother.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7878 of 2021 5.Whatever it may be, the next grievance of the petitioner is that further statement of the petitioner was not recorded. So, a direction to the Investigating Officer namely, the second respondent herein, is issued to record the further statement of the petitioner and undertake the investigation on this aspects. 6.Investigation is almost over and the grievance of the petitioner has also been redressed by enquiring the above said Pandian. The Investigating Officer, Dhalavaipuram Police Station, Viruthunagar District, is directed to complete the investigation within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file final report before the concerned Court. 7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
