JUDGMENT
************* [Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice] Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter in issue has a wider amplitude and it is necessary to give a legal quietus to the issue.
2. In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed that instead of the appellant urging the Writ Appeal against the interim order, the Writ Petition itself be listed for hearing.
3. Learned counsel for both the parties say that they will not seek adjournment of the matter and they will felicitate the learned Single Judge to try the matter.
4. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn and the main Writ Petition being listed for hearing on 26.02.2015. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
