Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.2 as per the guidelines issued by the Honourable Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law and on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in CSR receipt No.75 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent as per the guidelines issued by the Honourable Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law and on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.75 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has issued CSR and the same is still pending.

W.P(MD).No.6331 of 2022 3.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4.With the said direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
