ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against them on the complaint given by Gopika and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. presence of the petitioners are required, the respondents would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
