ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a direction to the learned Special Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Mdurai.

2.The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.
3.The petitioner has filed HMOP.No.110 of 2021 to dissolve the marriage with the respondent and the respondent on other hand filed HMOP.No.286 of 2021 for restitution of conjugal rights. 4.It is the case of the petitioner that the parties are now aged about 32 and 28 years respectively. It is submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent would be continued for either of them. 5.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Mdurai, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Mdurai, to dispose H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2021 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
