Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is one of the legal heirs of licensee of NAESEY SNACK KIOSKS Shop, at Taluk Office, Thruraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner's father/licensee, namely, Sargunam, expired on 16.03.2005. The petitioner made a representation to the respondent to continue the KIOSKS on the place of his father. Now, the respondent has directed to vacate the NAESEY SNACK KIOSKS for vending snacks, Tea, Coffee, etc.

Therefore, he made a representation to the respondent not to evict him. The respondent has not considered the same. Aggrieved over the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Considering the above said facts, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent shall not take any coercive action. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
