ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely M.Pandiyammal, D/o.V.Markandan, aged about 20 yeas before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenue has been produced before this Court. When we enquired the detenue, she has stated that on 03.03.2023, she married Saikumar, who is the relative of her at Tirupparankundram Temple and she wants to go with him and that she claims to have been with him for the past few days.

3. The boy, namely, Saikumar, had also appeared before this Court. He stated that he got married the detenue and he will take care of her well being.

4. Since both are relatives and they claimed to have married at Tirupparankundram on 03.03.2023, we feel that recording the same that the detenue is not in the illegal custody, this petition may be closed. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
