ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, not to interfere with the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of any enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry was closed on 25.09.2021. The same is recorded.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6432 of 2022 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner, in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
