raise all the contentions in the application to be filed to set aside the ex-parte decree passed in the suit and depending upon its outcome, to work out the further course of action before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, these Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
