The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from either acquiring our land admeasuring 82 Square https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Metres situated in R.S.No.126/6, Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District or demolishing a portion of our building structures thereon without following due process of law.

2. The second respondent has filed a counter-affidavit in the above Writ Petition, wherein, an assurance is given that no action will be taken in respect of the petitioner's land in R.S.No.126/6, Sirudhur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, till additional publication for acquisition is made under Section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
