The petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.217 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel on both side and perused the records.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the case was transferred from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul and renumbered as C.C.No.56 of 2015 and the trial in this case had already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

commenced; the prosecution examined four witnesses and the case is now posted for hearing on 17.10.2016, for examination of other witnesses.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this court does not find any merit to quash the charge sheet. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
