ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners 1 & 3 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.03.2017 and the second petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2017 in Crime No.92 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1) (aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act (Transport) read with Sections 5 and 6 of TNRS Rules, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioners are detained under Act 14, 1982 on 23.04.2017 in Cr.M.P.Nos.13/17, 11/17 and 12/17 respectively.
