Ganesan (Late), aged 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter, by name, Mahalaskhmi, aged about 18 years, found missing from 20.03.2021, the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent police to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Earlier notice was ordered. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the detenue is working at Chennai and she has also contacted the petitioner / mother and informed that she will come to home during Deepavali Holidays. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the above circumstances that the detenue is working in Chennai and she has not illegally detained, as per the instructions of the respondent Police, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
