This petition is filed to call for the recordings in D.V.O.P.No.11 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, and quash the same in respect of the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since allegations have been made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.11 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In fine, this petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 5 has been dispensed with and the petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the court as and when required. The first petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, shall appear before the court for all future hearings without fail and on his failure to appear before the court, he shall file an appropriate application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Consequently, connected C.M.P.Nos. 8989 and 8990 of 2016 are also closed.
