ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2016 pending before him against the proposed accused.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.186 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC by the second respondent Police.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
