O R D E R

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 16.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.4399 of 2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai wherein the original condition was modified by order made in Crl.M.P.No.3919 of 2016 dated 06.09.2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall appear before the committal Magistrate daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear in all future hearings except upon orders under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
