DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming upon for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.K.Mani, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.T.Vadivelan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the Judgment and Decree passed by the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, in A.S.No.113 of 2012, dated 11.11.2014, confirming the Judgment and Decree of the IV Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli in O.S.No.22 of 2008, dated 07.09.2011, is confirmed and the Second appeal is dismissed.

(2) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
