The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order, dated 17.09.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.4840 of 2016 and relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.4037 of 2016, dated 25.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. Considering the position that the petitioner has complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with the condition by appearing before the respondent police daily
