O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed under 439 of Cr.P.C.to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2113 of 2016 dated 16.09.2016 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul and consequently, relax the condition. 2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of 1st accused is concerned, already this Court modified the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.7516 of 2016 to the effect that the 1st accused shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required. Hence, he prayed for grant of similar relief to the petitioner / A4.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the argument advanced by the learned Senior Counsel, the petitioner herein shall appear before the coucerned Court as and when required.
