ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 08.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.14 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, by giving false promise to marry the de facto complainant, had physical relationship with her.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the de facto complainant loved with each other and the petitioner married the de facto complainant . 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is yet to be completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
