This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 181/2024 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and the petitioners can challenge the final report if he is aggrieved.

3.Since the prayer is to quash the FIR and now, the first respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed final 2/4

report and as per FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved.

4.In view of the same, this criminal original petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
