ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to conduct the due investigation in respect of the F.I.R in Crime No.245 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.10.2015 and to alter the suitable Section in the above F.I.R if any circumstance is warranted. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest application nor make a private complaint to take further action in the manner known to law.
