ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.108 of 2015 and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondents would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
