ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD).No. 20372 of 2022, dated 23.11.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report was filed before the concerned Court, but it has not been taken on file so far. There shall be a direction to the said Court to proceed the final report within the time stipulated.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 28.06.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet: yes / No trp 2/4
