ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners / A7 to A9, who were arrested on 24.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 147, 148, 452, 307, 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.360 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the 2nd petitioner is the wife of the 1st accused. The accused Nos.1 to 3 attacked and murdered the deceased. The motive alleged by the prosecution is that the 1st accused harboured ill-feelings towards the deceased since, the deceased had an illicit relationship with the 2nd petitioner / wife.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 2nd petitioner / wife as also the petitioners 1 and 3, who are her immediate relatives being her mother and sister, have been falsely arrayed as accused.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the de facto complainant / brother of the deceased also sustained injury and still is in Intensive Care Unit at Government Hospital, Trichy. He further submits that other accused have been arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 22/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
