This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to interfere in civil dispute of the petitioner by threatening to hand over the property to accused. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.Today, Mr.M.Velmurugan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Oddanchatram, is present.
4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that one Chikku Nagu, the husband of the petitioner has lodged a complaint against one Rajendran and three others, on which, a petition enquiry is pending and in connection with the said enquiry, the petitioner is being called for to appear before the police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police.
