This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in P.R.C.No.14 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
