ORDER
This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.258 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent agency, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that although the petitioner lodged a complaint on 14.07.2015, the second respondent registered a case only on 01.06.2016 based on the direction issued by this Court. After registering the case, the second respondent did not take any steps to arrest the accused, seize the documents and ledgers from the Bank. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after registration of the case, accused Nos.1 and 3 were arrested and released on bail and the second accused was granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, on 27.09.2016 and the second respondent has also seized the necessary documents in this case and the investigation is going on in a proper direction.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
