[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her wife viz., Vimala before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is a case of elopement and the detenu is 27 years old and she voluntarily left the matrimonial home along with the third respondent.
