Ayyanar, Female, aged 20 years detenue in the present case, before this Hon'ble Court and consequently set the detenue at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has sought production of his daughter Mahalakshmi, aged 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs that she was deprived of her ear-rings and on promise of return thereof went to Tiruppur. continue to do the same and the others should not suffer at the hands of the particular wrong doer. The petitioner and his wife are advised to prefer a complaint against such wrongful element. The respondent police shall deal with the same appropriately. 3.For the present, recording the position that the detenue is returning to the parental home along with her parents, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
