PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.367 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC, in Crime No.367 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute between the parties, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.546 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai. He would further submit that the concerned Magistrate has already issued summons to the petitioner for his appearance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6567 of 2022 4.Since the learned Magistrate has only issued summons to the petitioner, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
