ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 29.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 419 IPC in Crime No.37 of 2015 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, by giving false promise to marry the de facto complainant, had physical relationship with her.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.24490 of 2015 on 17.01.2016 and he was complying with conditions imposed therein, when he was suffered on an accident on 07.03.2016, P.T. warrant stands issued against him and the petitioner is in custody from 29.07.2016 onwards.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that totally three cases are pending against the petitioner and two of similar in nature and investigation in the present case stands completed and charge sheet is filed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
