This petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.15 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mandabam Beach Police Station, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case registered in Cr.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent was subsequently transferred to the Inspector of Police, Rameshwaram Town Police Station and the same was renumbered as Cr.No.70 of 2014 and the Inspector of Police filed final report on 30.10.2014 before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
