(Cr.No.87 of 2018) : Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Priyanga, daughter of Pichaimuthu, aged about 15 years before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

********** (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue one Priyanga, whose date of birth we are informed is 03.12.2002.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the detenue went missing from 25.04.2018 and a police complaint was given on 25.04.2018. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, instant Habeas Corpus petition has been filed on 08.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Today, the detenue has been produced before this Court.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that detenue has been secured and she has been produced before this Court as stated supra.

5.Bench had a brief interaction with the detenue as well as her mother who is petitioner before this Court. 6.The detenue is willing to go with her mother and mother assures that she will take good care of her.

7.That puts an end to the issue in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

8.This Hebeas Corpus petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
