2. Based on the said letter dated 28.11.2022, both the Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In view of the withdrawal of the second appeals, no order is required to be passed in the Cross Objections. Accordingly, both the Cross Objections are closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
