Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to pass appropriate orders in the charge sheet in Crime No.59 of 2016 expeditiously. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
