ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as the 2nd respondent in the Review Application in Rev.Aplc.(MD)SR No.72630 of 2024 and in other Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through Video 1/3

Conference, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Mr.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that his client has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the fact that the 2nd respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the review application and in other connected civil miscellaneous petitions and list the same on 19.03.2025.
