O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the absconding accused persons in Crime No.505 of 2016 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law and further direct them to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. Today, Mr.Nagarajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Paramakudi, is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if a period of four months is granted to the respondent police, they will complete the investigation in Crime No.505 of 2016.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
