Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.T.C.No.572 of 2014 dated 05/07/2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai as confirmed by the Judgment dated 02/02/2021 made in Crl.Appeal No.76 of 2018 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.211 of 2021:

To allow the Revision Petition, set aside the conviction and sentence dated 05.07.2018 in S.T.C.No.572 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai and confirmed by the judgment dated 02.02.2021 made in Crl.A.No.76 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for two more weeks to comply with the direction passed in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.211 of 2021, dated 18.03.2021.
