O R D E R

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner had entered into an agreement to purchase a car from the fifth Respondent and had totally paid a sum of Rs.1,68,000/-. Instead of handing over the car, the fifth Respondent had sold it to a different person. Therefore, the Petitioner had filed a complaint with the third Respondent and the third Respondent had not taken any action based on the complaint of the Petitioner. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this petition seeking a direction against the Respondents 1 to 4 to register a case and investigate the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 4 submit that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, CSR No.104 of 2024 was registered and enquiry was conducted. In the enquiry, the Petitioner and the fifth Respondent appeared, in which, the Petitioner undertook to pay the balance of the 2/5

amount and get back the car. Therefore, the CSR was closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition is closed. No costs. 20.03.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet: Yes/No LR 3/5
