ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to secure the accused, investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2013 registered by the respondent police/complainant.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though F.I.R has been registered in the year 2013, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.20 of 2013.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.20 of 2013 before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
