PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.301 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 24.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 395 r/w 397 of IPC, in Crime No.301 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the owner of Pokkisam Marachekku Oil Mart. On 23.03.2022, the petitioner and other accused came to the said shop and attempted to took money and when the same was prevented by the shop employee, the petitioner and other accused threatened the employee by showing weapon and also damaged the grocery things in the de-facto complainant's shop. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.6393 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not having any previous case.
5.Even though the petitioner is not having any bad antecedents, it appears that the petitioner and other accused joined together and committed robbery in the shop of the de-facto complainant and also damaged the grocery things.
6.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
