ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A2, who was arrested on 09.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 297, 436, 457 and 380 IPC in Crime No.250 of 2015 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.09.2016, some unknown accused persons entered into Sudalaimadaswamy Temple and ransacked the poojai utensils and set fire for the clothes of the deity.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to a dispute between A1 and the de facto complainant over the management of the said Temple, the petitioner stands falsely arrayed as accused.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is yet to be completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
